Terms of Sale

This Site offers for sale of Ayurvedic Products (hereinafter referred to as “Product”). By accessing this Site or purchasing the Product on the successful payment you agree to terms and conditions set forth herein in this Terms of Use. We put our utmost effort to ensure that all the details of the Product including description and images which appear on this Site are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover any error in the availability, pricing, or description of the product we may correct it and if the order has been placed we may inform of such change and request you to reconfirm your order or cancel it. 

Intellectual Property Rights

All material on this Site including text, images, designs, and name are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You agree that all the materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Use of Site

You agree not to misuse this Site for any illegal purpose. You agree not to damage this Site and use for the fraudulent or unlawful activity. You agree not to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any material of this website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.

The provisions contained in this Terms of Use are enforceable independent of each other. If any provision is determined by the competent court to be unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. 

Changes to Terms of Use

This Terms of Use  will come into effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in future. The changes to the provisions of this Terms of Use will come in effect immediately after being posted on this Site. We may change our Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will abide by this Terms of Use on our website which will bind to you as and when updated. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms of Use on the Site will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use. If we make any material changes to this Terms of Use, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on the Site.

Cancellation & Refunds 

If you want to cancel your order, you just need to drop an email to help@pragatinatural.com. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order in 48 business hours. The money will be refunded as per the payment mode within 6-8 working days of the confirmation. Please note that orders that have already been shipped from our side cannot be cancelled. 

In case you do not receive your refunds within 6-8 working days, please drop an email at help@pragatinatural.com and we will sort out the issue. Rest assured, the money will be refunded to you.

We are sure you will love Pragati Natural, but we understand that you may have different preferences. However, given that Pragati Natural is a consumable product, we do not accept product returns.

Exchange

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. 

We always take sufficient care to ensure that your product is delivered to you without any damages. However, if you do receive your delivery in a damaged condition, kindly write to us at help@pragatinatural.com and we will ship you a new pack without any additional charges.

To be eligible for an exchange, there must be a valid reason. If something is wrong with the product, it can be exchanged. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Grievance Officer
